Has anyone had personal experience with Legion Real Estate ? They claim to be an investment fund focused on villas, townhouses, and apartments in Bali. I'm considering investing but would love to hear real stories, good or bad. Thanks in advance!

I bought a 25 m² apartment in an area with good infrastructure. I was counting on income from daily rentals, averaging $100 per night. My occupancy rate was 60%, and my net profit was about $11,880 per year. I am very glad that Legion helped me complete the deal with minimal effort and immediately connected the management. The property earns money on its own, and I don't have to spend time on it. An excellent option for those who want to receive a stable income with minimal risk.
